The Edmonton Police Service has arrested a “prolific offender” wanted on 62 warrants for multiple break-and-enter and theft crimes in and around the city.

According to a Friday EPS news release, a man stole from multiple sporting stores in Edmonton, St. Albert, Strathcona County and Kitscoty between March and May 2024.

During the time of these thefts, the accused was also bound by a release order issued by the Edmonton Police Service for firearms prohibitions and a probation order, as well as a release order issued by the RCMP,” police said.
