A look at Wednesday’s Edmonton weather by Environment Canada.
It’s 12 C at the Edmonton Blatchford weather station with 7 km/h winds out of the east.
I suppose the party had to end sometime. Yesterday saw the daily high reach a staggering 22.5 C and it was glorious. But once the clouds rolled in you could feel the air get cooler with each passing moment.
Fast forward to today and that trend continues with forecasters calling for a slight chance of rain this morning and mainly cloudy skies all day with a high of 16 C. Still above normal for this time of year, mind you, so no real complaints to be had. Whatever helps keep the thermostat down.
Today: Mainly cloudy. 30 per cent chance of showers early this morning. Wind southeast 20 km/h. High 16 C. UV index 2 or low.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Clearing before morning. Wind east 20 km/h becoming light this evening. Low 6 C.
Tomorrow: Sunny. High 17 C. UV index 2 or low.
