A mix of sun and cloud is expected today, with a high of -4 C, but when you factor in the windchill, it will feel more like -12 C. The wind will continue into tonight and the temperature will drop to -12 C.

Negative temperatures are likely to stick around for the rest of your work week, but are expected to climb back up on the weekend with highs of +2 C and +1 C, and maybe… just maybe they will stick around long enough for the kiddos to enjoy Halloween without having to bundle up too much!
