You know, rainy days aren’t all bad. They’re a perfect opportunity to make some hot chocolate, curl up with a good book — of the paper or audio variety — or even  take an afternoon to melancholically stare out the window while you pet your dog and listen to Sarah Mclachlan.

However you spend this Monday, be prepared for rain. There will be rainfall all morning, breaking in the afternoon before we’re presented with another 60 per cent chance of showers, and a high of 11 C. The chance of showers lowers to 30 per cent overnight before picking back up to 60 per cent on Tuesday, which will also feature a thunderstorm, for those who are into that sort of thing.

Rain or shine, I hope you all had a great long weekend!
